Me: Go ahead and log-in to the kiosk
User: ... it's not working, where's the caps-lock on this keyboard? (for those that don't know, in place of the caps-lock key is the control key)
Me: Don't worry, I don't think there is one.
User: But my password is in all caps! what do I do?!?
Me: ...hold the shift key?
